In Search of Democracy is a multi-year program in which we investigate the challenges and solutions for the future of our Democracy.

Authoritarian leaders, algorithms and global capital. Democracies are under pressure from all sides. If we want to shape power in a fair way, something needs to change. But what exactly, and how? The program contains different theater projects, a documentary series, workshops and a digital research platform and is shaped by Company New Heroes in collaboration with different partners.
